RACIAL JUSTICE TOOLKIT: Committed to becoming an Anti-racist organization
In our battle against workplace injustice, we leave no worker behind. Recent events across the country, including some in our neighborhoods, it’s clear that awareness of the harsh reality our fellow co-workers of color are continuing to face injustices in our communities are clearer in almost every institution they encounter, especially in the justice system. Our union sisters and brothers stand for justice in our workplaces or communities. We must stay united and help our Black, Brown, and API co-workers when we see any discrimination at work.
