After this date, we highly encourage you to return your ballot through the Tulare County Inter office mail system or physically drop ballots at the Tulare County Registrar of Voters Office, 5951 S Mooney Blvd Visalia, CA 93277.

How do I receive my ballot?
Official ballots will be mailed to each eligible voter to the home address on file with their employer and all eligible voters are entitled to submit their ballot.
