The LifeTime network aired “Gretchen Carlson: Breaking the Silence” on January 14, a documentary special nearly one year in the making that highlights the rampant sexual harassment experienced by low-wage workers, in particular, fast-food workers who have stood up to McDonald’s to demand change.

This is an amazing opportunity to hear the lesser-heard stories at the heart of the #MeToo movement: Those of working-class women organizing to change the system of abuse that is all too common on the job.
