After 8 months of hard negotiations, Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP) workers won their first Union contract. On March 10, members voted unanimously to ratify the Tentative Agreement. When we stand together, we win!
SCFHP Workers were ready for change, ready for a voice, ready for dignity and respect. On July 23, 2015 PERB officially recognized SEIU Local 521 as the exclusive bargaining representative for SCFHP workers.
The services of SCFHP and its staff are critical to Santa Clara County, providing support to health care providers and patients in the community.
