The votes are in: On September 29, 67% of you voted in favor of the master contract language in the tentative agreement.
Together, we stood United to Fight and WIN a fair contract! This agreement is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of your bargaining team and all of our members who rallied, spoke before the board of supervisors, and showed visible support to win a strong contract. This contract recognizes the valuable services our members provide and represents our commitment to continue addressing workload and staffing issues.
COLA Summary
- 2.5% – 1st full pay period following ratification (10/22/16)
- Add/drop a step (4% increase) – 9/23/17
- 2.75% – 9/22/18
- 2.75% – 9/21/19
