SEIU Local 521 member services just got better with the creation of a new team of specialists trained to handle questions and concerns related to contract matters, worksite or disciplinary issues, and grievances.

Members can call the local union office (see numbers below) to reach a Contact Enforcement Specialist Assistant (CESA) who will help members resolve worksite issues, or when appropriate, file a first-step grievance.

CESA's will be working closely with Stewards to make sure members’ rights, first and foremost, are always protected.
