HOPE Services workers won a total of 2.5 percent in wage increases while workers earning at the bottom of their classication will see a 3% increase over two years. In addition, workers also won $100 per month contribution toward dependent medical, something HOPE has refused to cover over the 20 years the Union has represented the Agency.
