Carmen Cruise (1959 - 2010)

This year's celebration is being dedicated to the memory of Carmen Cruise, a registered nurse and the first elected President of SEIU Local 521.

Special presentations about Carmen's life will be presented by various groups throughout the afternoon and evening.
